I usually do not write reviews, but I had to write this one! KAYLA assisted me with my recent makeup selection which was quite a challenge. KAYLA is very experienced, helpful, professional and patient..and she's also Licensed! She's an asset to the Ulta company and she should be rewarded.

Gardenia G (works in the salon) is amazing. She made my teen girl feel so welcome and beautiful. The whole salon staff was kind, inclusive, encouraging, and talented. They all deserve raises.
Shout out to Madison in the salon for doing a fantastic job on my hair. She does a super job, the blend and shade is amazing!
I also want to recognize a manager named Christie. As I was checking out there was a client ahead of me that a male employee was helping. The customer wanted a manager and Christie engaged to offer support. The customer was rude and not happy with the responses she received, but Christie maintained her professionalism the entire time. The customer said she was going to call corporate to complain, but Christie did nothing wrong in this instance. Kudo's for keeping your cool!
