The past three weekends I've tried to get an appointment there and it's always been a 3-hour wait. Finally today I got my son in at 4 this evening .but it seemed like they were taking their sweet time getting him back there when they were cleaning up from the last person t 20 minutes to get my son in the back after that last person left I thought that was a little much. There's a few of them that felt like I was bothering them being there. I actually start feeling guilty for being there Just thinking about going somewhere else because I know they're tired and stressed and just wanting to day to be over. The hair stylists are always extremely friendly with positive attitudes, they've always got some sort of sports to watch while waiting.The stylists seem to be well-educated, and I've never actually gotten a bad haircut. I've been going there for multiple years! Good relaxing massaging hair washing afterwards, also with the shoulder massage is very relaxing!
