I bought property from Nef 36 at bassin express Istanbul they delayed the delivery almost two years agreed to compensate me small amount even not cover one third of the rent, I agreed and fill and signed the required documents to Nef management.after I did they ignored all my communications no any response to email while they did before I signed the documentsI am requesting the top management to act as soon as possible to pay my two year delay compensation as per Turkey law
