Basic trim, and done nicely. I’ve always had good haircuts from the Great Clips shops, and just having moved to Oak Ridge, I’ve now had another one from a personable and expert employee! Will come back.
Had a great experience with the stylist when I got a cut, next day I realized I just needed a little fine tuning due to me not being specific enough which is my fault, but Melinda and the staff were very understanding and kind enough to fix me up before their shift ended. Very appreciative to get this kind of understanding.
Went to get my 3 year old son his first cut and get mine as well. I didn't know how it would go and figured it was going to be a train wreck with my little guy freaking out, terrorizing the other patrons, and causing a 5 alarm meltdown mid-cut- BUT NO!!!

She took charge immediately. Gaining his trust and captivating his curiosity with care and comfort. She accommodated every aspect of our needs. Preparing for any mishap should it arise.
