Frontier Plumbing in Oak Ridge is highly recommended for all plumbing needs, big or small. They are honest and professional, and they do what they say they’re going to do. They show up when they tell you they’ll be there, and their prices are fair with solid work. One customer had a clogged kitchen sewer line, and they came out and snaked the line, clearing it within two hours of the phone call. Another had them install a gas on-demand water heater, and when a small issue appeared weeks later, they showed up to fix it the very next morning. They also handled a main line water leak connection repair and a dripping shower, with excellent customer service and communication from start to finish. The response was quick and knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I cannot say enough great things about Frontier Plumbing in Oak Ridge. This is the second time we have had them do something for us. The first time they came promptly after calling the day before Thanksgiving to unclog a drain. The next time we had them install a gas on-demand water heater. We ended up having a small issue with it several weeks later and they showed up to fix it the very next morning. They do what they say they’re going to do.
