I am so impressed by the staff at this location. Carley has stood out to me bc she has gone over and beyond with her customer service. She approaches you in a non sales manner and it worked bc i bought more than i intended to originally. The new scents and the way I was treated I won't go to another Buff location for my shopping. Thx again Carley for your service and professionalism
I absolutely love this place! I go the yearly event to be one of the first 50 to get the free prize! But that also signs me up for a free bar of soap with a purchase I’m already going to be making each month anyway! Plus I’m earning money as incentive from what I’m spending. And, because I’m an exclusive member, I get deals throughout the year!! It’s a win, win, win on products that are exceptional! I not only use them for myself, but I using them for Christmas presents and birthday presents. I use the laundry detergent, and the dryer balls. I love everything about this place!! I have not found one product from Buff City Soap that I have been unhappy with. And because of the yearly event, I’ve saved so much money. It makes it totally worth it!!
