5 stars does not even begin to tell the story! Mike has helped us with many different issues since we moved to the area. He's always been quick to respond and awesome to work with. Highly recommend working with Mike!

I was beginning to think the smell would never go away. For WEEKS this rancid smell would come from our laundry room and nothing we tried fixed it. (we were having to hold our breath to do laundry it was that bad)I called Mike, he was quick to get me scheduled on his calendar, found the issue and explained to me the solution..This guy acquired the parts needed and came back out ON HIS BIRTHDAY to make sure the problem was fixed quickly. Mike is the definition of going the extra mile for his customers.The smell is gone and I just can't recommend Back the Blue Plumbing enough!
