My company was contracted to build a pool at a chain hotel for Thomas Builders. The pool was completed according to their specifications and has passed all inspections. However, they refuse to pay the remainder of what is owed to my business. I, as well as my staff, have repeatedly reached out to them about this non-payment, with no response or resolution. If you do business with Thomas Builders be aware that you many not be paid for your work!

This is one of the worst most difficult companies we have ever worked with. None payment, signing things then retracting, changing and adding without paying for it. Just looking for cheapest price then wanting to cheat more money after that. Completely untrustworthy. Stay away.
