If you want honest and dependable work, call Trivett’s! Tyler came out and the service call is much cheaper than anyone else. He was able to fix my heating unit and even found other problems that needed attention. I was taken for a ride by Pioneer and charged way too much. Tyler fixed it and charged me a reasonable fee. I got the unit fixed and 2 service visits every 6 months for under 300! Pioneer had charged me almost 2200 and it was broken again within 3 weeks and tried to charge me another 1600. Come to find out, pioneer lied about what it needed! Tyler found the problem and it wasn't what Pioneer said. Pioneer is a ripoff and Trivett’s is the way to go and will be the one I call from now on!
