Dr Stephanie is amazing, very attentive to what your body is doing, how you respond.. if you need her to go gentle she will. Communication works here because she trusts you know your body (novel idea, right?). Her treatments have always been 100% effective for me, 100% of the time and I’m a very large woman. Size doesn’t matter technique does. She also works on a lot of men too. Her understanding of the body, talent in acupuncture and chiropractic give her a cutting edge to treatment. I would recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Bill Frost saved my hide last May. I was out of alignment and had terrible inflammation. I was really suffering, it was bad. The chiropractor in town that I was already seeing was not only not helping my situation, but also had no emergency number. Dr. Frost was the only one in town with an emergency number. I talked with him several times on the phone, then he drove in for an emergency appointment, on a Saturday, even though he has kids. Since then, my back and neck have slowly but surely improved dramatically! I went back to my previous chiropractor for a couple months last summer, because those appointments were covered by insurance. But after two months, I realized that it was worth the money to pay out of pocket, as my condition started to worsen again under this other man's treatments. I realized treatment from the best chiropractor in the area was worth the money, because I gained my life back. During my last appointment, he was able to put my dislocated shoulder back into place and again, the relief was immediate and important to my life. I've seen Dr. Stephanie, and she's great too. Thanks, Drs. Frost! I'm so thankful!
