“Hello, Both my parents have been going to Ruby's Beauty Unlimited for several years now. (Yes, she does male & female clients.) So, I decided Tuesday, May 3,2022, I would call Miss Ruby & try to get an appointment for a shampoo, cut, style, & color. She answered the phone promptly. She was so courteous. She said she had an opening at 2pm. So, I arrived at 2pm. She was even more courteous in person. She, I assume, has at least 25 years plus experience in the cosmetology field. After my shampoo, cut, style, & color. I left around 4:15pm? Pretty impressive time in my opinion. I got her business card when I left & said, " I will see you in 6 weeks Miss Ruby. You have a new customer". I'm go glad I chose to call Ruby's Beauty Unlimited located conveniently on Main Street. In this town there's hair salons everywhere. But, I feel I made the best choice for my needs. A person either "clicks" with a hair dresser or they don't. Sure glad Miss Ruby & I "clicked". Thanks again Miss Ruby! I'm one HAPPY CUSTOMER!“
