I called and scheduled my appointment with Kiki when I arrived she was finishing a client which was fine except two other young ladies walked in and one of them she told to start on my hair, I was uncomfortable because she started to explain to this young lady how to do the twist I was asking for. So I didn’t want someone who didn’t know what they were doing to do my hair and I didn’t dive 45 min to pay over 150 dollars for someone to practice on my hair. So I did let her start , but I’m used to getting my hair braided so I knew with the fist couple twist it was not gonna be done correctly. I told the owner ( Kiki) i didn’t want her to do it. I arrived at 10:30 a.m. I was seated at 11:00 a.m. They were finished at 7:30p.m. Staff were quite nice and pleasant. I was even offered water and snacks. Despite it taking an whole working shift to get my Senegalese Twist done, I am pleased and my hair looks BEAUTIFUL!!! Kiki had went out to get food for her staff and offered her clientele sum, it was delicious... Thank you Kiki African Hair Braiding for a job well done.... I will definitely pass your cards out in Alabama!!!!!!!????
