I was needing repair parts for my Hunter Douglas blinds and my ordering rep was no longer in business when I reached out to Tori from Brentwood Blinds Co. Tori understood my issue and helped me get my repair parts ordered in a quick timely manner with delivery straight to my home address so I didn’t have to make a trip to the retail showroom. I was able to get my issue resolved from Brentwood Blind Company when no other blind company was willing to help me, as I hadn’t purchased through them. I would encourage anyone needing blinds or blind services to reach out to these folks !! This level of professionalism is rare to find these days!!
