After moving and needing a new eye doctor I went to Stones River Eye Center. All was well until I got a bill in the mail for $7.50, when I called about the bill I was told it was an error and irrelevant. After 2 months I hadn’t received my contacts in so I asked that they cancel the order. They told me the contacts were never ordered and I asked for a refund. This is where my problems began. They informed me I would have to speak to the office manager who I had to call and leave messages with three times, after the 3rd time magically the next day I had a check in the mail for the incorrect amount ($17.50). Kinda rude over the phone once I was able to get someone to answer.Will be going to Costco Optical moving forward. Where's that Southern charm??!

I am reviewing as a caregiver for my sister who was the patient. Very classy place, all employees are very courteous and knowledgable ! Yes it's true you may have to wait to be worked through but Dr. Ranz is loaded down with surgeries then appointments the following day. He and his techs go way above and beyond this grueling schedule and do it very efficiently. Once you finally get to see Dr Ranz he is very informative and does not rush you through, he is very thourough and will answer any question you have. I don't mind the extra wait time because Dr Ranz is top notch and he has great employees too ! Not to mention there is always great hot coffee there too... read full review
