Franklin location- They are bullies that try to force unnecessary procedures. I made an appointment for a cleaning. I am uncomfortable getting x-rays at the moment because I'm breastfeeding. I noted this when I made the appointment and it is listed on my chart. They refused to treat me. Front desk was friendly. The lady that took me back was not. Will never go back to this location.

took my wife today and couldn't be happier after 20 years of caring and worrying about our family it's finally her turn She is very insecure about her teeth But they put her at ease and made a plan Will never go or recommend any place else Thank you to the whole staff from the bottom of my heart
