From Birmingham I was able to search the website site for the dish I wanted. I called and worked with staff and customize the dish without a price increase. My order placed late Wednesday and delivered Thursday hours before the service. Fantastic service and thanks for your professionalism.
I had a wonderful experience at Smoots Flower! I spoke with James about a snake plant and a jade plant, and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The customer service was top-notch, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Smoots Flower to anyone and will definitely be returning in the future!
Absolutely PHENOMENAL customer service, communication, and delivery: all on a SUNDAY!!! When another local florist had my order “lost,” missing Valentines Day for my daughter, I took a chance and made a separate phone call for a same day Sunday delivery. Not only did they deliver, they knocked it out of the ballpark!!! My new GO TO florist!!! Did I mention all of this was holiday weekend, on a Sunday, same day delivery, AND I am not a local customer. I cannot say thank you enough!!!
