Smoots Florist is AMAZING! I am in Scotland, and I tried to get flowers delivered to my daughter, in Nashville, for an immediate occasion. I attempted to use one of the big online type of "get it to them quickly" florist, of course I was dismayed at the lack of concern and the lack of expediency. I payed extra to have my bouquet delivered same day....did not happen. In my frantic state, I contacted LOCAL florist Smoots. What a fantastic outfit. Incredible customer service and a stunning arrangement delivered SAME DAY. I always shop locally, not sure why I biffed it on this occasion, but I learned my lesson. Michael did a wonderful job and made sure my wife had a gorgeous bouquet when she came home this evening. I really appreciate his efforts and will be ordering from Smoot's again soon!
Had the best experience! Michael did an amazing job making sure everything was exactly perfect including sending me pictures before delivery to make sure I didn’t want to change anything. He had these flowers delivered within 3 hours of ordering as well!
