I took in a pair of Corral boots and was hoping to get a stud replaced, and they were honest about their inability to properly and effectively do the repair. They were knowledgeable about the methods of constructing that type of boot, where embellishments are actually attached prior to putting the boot together and then there's another layer underneath the material where the studs are. I appreciated their honesty. They were friendly and helpful. I have been there before, and I have always been pleased.
They stayed late to fix my boots before my flight the next morning; that is amazing service, and all for a fair price. They also have a nice selection of leather purses and handbags for great prices. I’ll absolutely be back!
I have gone to Shoe Fixer for years. They are knowledgeable and do excellent work. They are very fair priced and do the work in an acceptable and reasonable time frame. I would highly recommend them for any shoe or leather repair.
