Ann is very sweet and professional. The quality of her work is excellent! She stays on schedule so her work is always ready when she says it will be. She has done a lot of alterations for me and each one has been perfect.

Excellent experience. Bought some ill fitting dress pants as a part of a suit from Men's Warehouse (won't do that again), and took them to Shin's to get fixed. She knew exactly what to do and now the pants actually fit. Just know it's a cash only business! Will be back if I ever need any further alterations.

I had ordered a dress for my wedding and it was late coming in. When I received it, it was huge on me. I took it to Shin’s and she had it done within a week. I got so many compliments on my special day. I’m eternally grateful to this kind lady for her patience and talent to make my wedding day so special. I highly recommend her!
