Royal Yoga is that place you search for and hang onto when you find it. The energy in the space is light, and it is truly a welcoming environment. The variety of classes offered (types and times) suit all schedules. Nothing feels uptight or sales-oriented there, and the owner, Netiya, is authentic and gracious. When basketball season runs my house, I don’t get to attend class as frequently, and I truly miss it!

Absolutely love Royal Massage & Yoga! They offer a variety of classes that are accommodating to any level. All the instructors are so knowledgeable & truly make everyone feel welcome. The environment is so soothing & inviting. Highly recommend to anyone no matter how experienced.

I had my first ever yoga experience and I really enjoyed it at Royal Massage and Yoga. Netiya ran the class and I found her voice to be soothing and instructions easy to follow. I worked up a pretty good sweat in an hour's time. The studio is clean, the background music works perfect with the movements, and the ambience creates a peaceful environment. I'll definitely be coming back again!
