Just over a year ago, I switched to Premier after a few awful experiences with a different company. A friend recommended Premier to me and I couldn't be happier. I've had them come out twice now, the first time to check out a noise/vibration. The technician Neil arrived same day and was very kind/knowledgeable. He fixed the issue (a part was installed incorrectly from previous company). The second time Premier came out (a year later), a different part just so happened to fail and the technician Greg that came out was also extremely knowledgeable and kind. He also arrived same day. Kaitlyn, the office manager is great at ensuring quick arrival time and follow ups as well as answering all of your questions with ease! I recommend Premier and will continue to utilize their professionalism and expertise in the future. You should, too.
We turned our heat on for the first time this season and nothing happened! 😭 We called Premier and they showed up quickly and helped us with the issue! Can’t say enough good about this company! The entire crew is kind, helpful, and super informative!
Greg came and diagnosed the problem quickly and got us cooling off. He worked late to make sure we were in tip top shape. Can’t say enough good things about this company and our experience.
