We called on Moday afternoon for non-emergency failure of one of our units. Matthew showed up the next morning. turns out it was just the compressor starting capacitor. He was through and checked out the entire system. He explained thoroughly what he was checking and what the results of the checks indicated about the unit. We even recieved pictures of the instruments and readings he took. VERY thorough very Profesional, vey knowledgeable. I would recommend him highly.

Precision Air, under the direction of Tony and family, is a great company and a leader in Geothermal hvac.
His team did a great job running duct and installing a Water Furnace brand Geothermal system in my new home 2009.
Precisions professional install of Geo and my builders top notch skills qualified my home as an energy Star 5 home as my monthly energy bill reflects.
14 yrs later the system is getting the job done and is super efficient.
Recently, Ryan a service tech with Precision performed semiannual service on the unit and showed up on time and did a thorough job.
So glad I partnered with this great company so many years ago.

We have used this firm for several years. Every person has been great. Most recently, a young service professional named Ryan performed routine maintenance. He identified several small problems and, for each one, commented on whether or not repair was critical and what it would cost. He was personable and knowledgeable. Great job
