I've got to give BIG KUDOS to Joe Paschall and Paschall Heating and Air. They were able to replace our entire HVAC system on extremely short notice and had us fixed in less than 24 hours. We went almost a week without air and it was almost 90 degrees in our home. Had to spend 3 days in a hotel until I made the call to Mr. Joe. Fast, Professional, Compassionate and understanding to our needs and budget.
I highly recommend them to anyone needing great service and great prices.

Used Paschall's for a new unit back in 2018. Sprung a coolant leak last weekend. Called them just after they opened on Monday, tech at my house just 3 hours later, leak diagnosed, unit recharged, part ordered, everything covered under the 10 year parts and labor warranty from the install 7 years ago. How many companies ACTUALLY follow through with that sort of thing?

What awesome communication, craftsmanship and customer service. I would recommend Joe to anyone for anything hvac. He picked up the phone when I called and followed through with amazing work. He was honest, respectful and followed thru with the promises he made.
These guys rock and I will 100% use them again. Much respect!
