I had a leak in my bathroom and kitchen both sharing the same wall. It was a huge emergency and I needed assistance greatly. I called 3 other plumbers 2 of which were no licensed and they all had a 2 day or 24 hour wait. Frustrated, I called One Call because they were referred to me by a Dave Ramsey supporter. I am extremely happy. I spoke with plumber: Rob Shepard. He promised to arrive in 20 minutes, gave me their plumbing license number and said he could start today. He arrived on time, assessed the issue (entire plumbing was faulty due to the manufacturer using faulty pipes) and after I agreed to the fee, he began work immediately.
