I had a great experience at Music City Eye and I want to tell you why. I have had terrible luck with multiple eye doctors in the last few years. I would have an exam, get glasses made, and then I couldn't see out of them. I need glasses for reading and the computer and you wouldn't think it would be too hard to figure it out. Nonetheless, it would take no less than 3 times of visiting the eye doctor to get the prescription straightened out and get me into a pair of glasses I could use. My last terrible experience was in January of this year and once again, I got the glasses and I couldn't see. It turns out that the eye doctor I saw wrote a prescription for bifocals (not reading glasses). So I decided to look up reviews for an eye doctor who actually listened. I saw some great reviews for Dr. Johnson as Music City Eye and I made an appointment. I explained my frustrations and showed her my prescription from just the month before. She heard me, acknowledged my frustration, examined my eyes and helped me figure out what I needed exactly. She was professional, caring, thorough and a tremendous help. I highly, highly recommend this office!

Both Dr. Johnsons are amazing! Dr.Johnson is excellent with my son. She and her staff are friendly, helpful, and compassionate. Going to the eye doctor isn't something I typically look forward to, but the sweet doctors at Music City Eye Care have gone above and beyond to meet the needs of my family. I have been very pleased with my eye care that I have received from Dr Travis Johnson. He is very kind and explains everything thoroughly. He has been more thorough than any other Dr I have ever been to for my glaucoma. He is very knowledgeable. He also has been patient with me as I don't like anything near my eyes and he is sensitive to my fears. Kyle who works with him is also very kind and patient with me through my fears of different tests. I highly recommend their office to anyone.
