John was very detailed and thorough! He covered areas in the home that we hadn’t even considered. He explained everything in the report that was sent to us and his turnaround time getting the report to us was less than 24 hours. Highly recommended!

Performed a home inspection for me. Broker said it was most thorough report she’s ever seen. Saved me from buying a home that I thought was wonderful (it looked amazing). But it would have cost me a fortune to repair due to major structural issues under the surface, unseen electrical issues, unseen safety issues, grading issues, unseen water and mold issues, gutter issues, and other things. His price was super reasonable. And he even came out the day after I called and had the report the very next day. I’ll be calling him again when I find another house!
