From solving complicated issues to handling insurance communication, they are dedicated to doing the right thing. Their work is top-notch, and they ensure a clean-up after completing the job. Customers appreciate their clear communication, honesty, and careful attention to detail, especially when managing complex projects like solar panel removal and reinstall. It’s actually a pleasure to write a review for once. Happy to endorse HisWay Roofing! Tops in my book was the level of communication (and transparency). These guys were very deliberate in making sure we understood the process, the timeline, and the financials…and we never felt pushed at any point. Zach was our Sales and Insurance expert (many thanks - I hate dealing with Insurance), and he served as our single point of contact throughout the project. Zach kept us informed throughout, and to say he was On Top of things is an understatement. Berto, who managed the actual installation (and inspected and thoroughly documented and handled cleanup), will continue to support us going forward to address any concerns we might have (none to report, actually). By the way, Berto has a keen eye for color matching…much appreciated! One of our concerns upfront was our 15 solar panels. That seems to be a showstopper for most roofers…or at a minimum, something WE would have to coordinate. But HisWay considered the deinstall/reinstall a part of their scope and managed it ALL (many thanks). Most importantly, I suppose, we love the finished product! We can wholeheartedly recommend these guys.
Hisway Roofing did a wonderful job on our roof replacement and painting repair! I dealt with Zach. He and his team were professional and honest! They even met the claims adjuster at my house just in case they could answer any questions for them. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with their work and service!
