I had my first Brazilian wax experience at Hello Sugar Brazilian Wax Center and was pleasantly surprised. The ample parking space and lack of reception made check-in a breeze. Once inside, I notified my aesthetician, Alexis, via their special link. Despite being nervous, Alexis made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the procedure. She was attentive to my needs and applied just the right amount of pressure to minimize discomfort. She even took the time to educate me about the company's services. Overall, I highly recommend Hello Sugar and Alexis for anyone considering a waxing service. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Nashville.

Had a great experience, calm clean and easy to find parking. Ishara was prompt, and took her time on my wax (it had been a while) she also applied plenty of pressure after each strip, which made it soooo much less painful. I love hello sugar I come faithfully ?

Amazing experience! I went as a part of my pamper day celebrating my birthday. I was well informed. I chose the sugaring. She explained the difference and helped me to make a better decision for myself based on pain tolerance, history of waxing, hair type etc. waxing ofc is always a very intimate moment but I definitely felt comfortable. I signed up for the monthly membership because I was extremely satisfied
