Cory was our project design specialist. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. He was able to provide us with evidence based knowledge with a laser instrument and is a true expert in this field. The office staff was polite and friendly, helping walk us through the financial part of the project. And last but not least the crew that came out and worked on our property. Their attention to detail and work ethic is something to commend. If you are looking for a company that still has a hometown feel, I would highly recommend Ground Up. I can’t say enough good things about this company and was extremely impressed.

We were under contract on a property that was built around 1930. We had many questions about the condition and height of the crawl space and well as the overall integrity of the structure. Cory was available on short notice to come and inspect the home inside and out. He was so friendly and helpful to work with! He was extremely knowledgable and patiently took the time to fully educate us on the present condition as well as the future integrity of the home. A few months ago we noticed cracks near some of the doorframes in our home. Mark came over to inspect inside and under our house in the crawlspace to come up with a bid that could take care of the foundation issues we had.We really appreciated how he never made us feel pressured into any decisions and was always available to answer our questions during the entire process. We ended up splitting the job into two phases so we could afford it without financing and both times things were handled professionally and effectively by the crews that came out to work here.
