Valerie is my go to! She knows how I like my hair and is consistent every time. Every interaction I’ve had there has been pleasant. That being said, ever since they changed the phone system the last few times I’ve had to go in person just to see if Valerie was working because It’s really difficult to get anyone on the phone now, every time I call it gets sent to voicemail which is always full. I live across town, so making a trip there just to check if she’s there is a waste of gas for me. I know answering the phones while cutting hair was an issue, but I really miss being able to talk to someone.
We brought in 2 of our kids 9 & 12, and we were very happy with everyone who was working and with the haircuts. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our wait time was very fast and we were in and out in no time. We will be back.
Great haircut. Excellent customer service. When I use the app, the wait is never more than 10 minutes. I know several of the employees, but even when it's someone new, they still know what to do because I'm in the computer.
