I went in for someone to just texturing my hair with a razor. I have very short think slightly curly hair. First hairdresser did not razor and I did not want it done with the sissor they use, she acted very rude. I told the lady that checked me in I only wanted my hair texturized and the last person to do it left very specific details on what she did. The lady totally ignored me and seemed very offended I had ask them to go this, which is done quite often. She did a fairly decent job , but only spent about 5 minutes , and I’ll have to go get it done over. They were the most unfriendly two that I have ever experienced at Great Clips. I saw that they were having a sale and I was looking to have my hair cut and I am on a budget and really needed to get my haircut. I called and spoke to a very nice lady on the phone and made my appointment on line and when in . I got my haircut and I had the same lady I spoke to earlier, Amanda B . She was so sweet and she did exactly what I wanted. I was extremely happy with her and my haircut. I highly recommend Great Clips and Amanda B . I will definitely be going back to here and seeing Amanda B. Excellent service and friendly staff and great customer service. Excellent experience.

I have been going to great clips for years. I have been to quite a few as I travel. There are good and bad stylists but I have never had as much trouble. Checking in as with this location. The girl at the desk could not find me in system even though I have NEVER had an issue before. Spent 10 minutes redoing my info into computer because I had to spell everything out to her. Then I end up getting her as stylist and she had no clue what I told her I wanted. She didn't do one thing I asked for and I just gave up after 3rd try. Paid and left.
