Mason was very nice and helpful, he offered to scan my cat's paw for a tattoo in addition to the ink print. They had her ashes ready very quickly. Made a painful process a lot easier.
We lost our furbaby Charlie to kidney failure. It was such a horrible heartbreaking feeling. We decided to have charlie and his blanket cremated so we could still incense have him still with us. The good shepherd pet service in Murfreesboro were very kind and understanding. They picked up Charlie at the vets and we got Charlie back the next day.
