Highly recommend for anyone in the Murfreesboro area to utilize for service of any make/model. Service department goes above and beyond on a regular basis for their customers. Taylor Berry has been my service writer for a while now and he understands how busy life can be with kids/work/etc and he works with me around my schedule. Cannot sing his praises enough. He is always kind, considerate and thorough. If you’re unhappy with your current service provider, give him a shout!
I decided to drive over an hour to Murfreesboro Ford. This was the only service department that gave me an immediate appointment for a programing issue on a trailer switch. They gave the best price and fabulous , prompt service. worth the ride.
The quality of work was excellent. My concern with this place is- after I dropped the vehicle off, it was difficult to contact someone regarding the status of my vehicle. My vehicle was in the shop for 6 weeks. It was only after I requested that I speak with the manager that I was told the shop was waiting on a part ( which is not the shop's fault for the timing of the repair. I wished it was communicated to me).I just wished someone would have told me.The quality of work deserves 5 stars.Customer service was a 34 stars.
