I was very pleased with the hard work of Justin and his team. I had headlight work done at the Firestone on W. College Street a week ago, and later that day it was already having issues. I brought it my car to this Firestone and the service was fantastic. Justin showed me how badly the last location had messed up and said it would be fixed without additional fees. Justin listened to my issues and went above and beyond to help me. I feel like Justin and his team are very reliable and do good work. I would trust them to work on my vehicle again.

Holden is a outstanding mechanic and member of his team at your company and does good Quality work and very knowledgeable about his job,I should know I work in engineering and I think you should give him a bonus or a raise he deserves it

These guys are great especially Justin the manager. They worked hard to get my truck fixed when nobody else would even consider looking at it for 2 weeks. I need it fixed before a scheduled vacation trip and these guys came through when nobody else would. Not only was it fixed but they were able to get the last part that fit my truck within a 500 mile radius.
