Bill and Michael are great. Best customer service, funny & honest guys. Got my battery & starter replaced in 4 hours & I had no appointment, I always go to Firestone for general repairs.

I made an appointment the night before and when I arrived, Mike Medley greeted me, and got me set up. The store manager also greeted me and I told him I was a first time customer and I was recommend to Firestone by a friend. They repaired my tires, and looked over the car,I approved another recommendation, ask them about the third recommendation and I honestly told it can wait for the next oil change. Being a first customer I was impressed with the way the front staff greeted and helped customers.From what I observed Bill Tousignant the store manager runs a tight ship and strives for customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Firestone store.

Bill is super super friendly and helpful. I did not pay for a nail repair with the hazard warranty protection This shop is much better than the one at Thompson lane and would give 5 stars but I was spending $1000 in tires and my car was there over FIVE hours Dropped off at 1230 Called at 3 to check and said it would be the next one back Was not ready until 6pm Don't leave your car, wait there or they will take every single person that walks in after you before they get to your car.
