If i could give this salon a 10 star rating i most definitely would! I came in ( first time customer) for a perm and Miss Lori did a terrific job! I love it so much!! Definitely recommend!!

I was long overdue for hair color and a trim. I took a chance and walked in. Lori was very busy and was initially working the morning rush alone. She was kind enough to work me in between scheduled clients, as well as another walk in. I have no idea how she managed to get to all of us but she put the “Fantastic” in Fantastic Sams.I really like my beautiful new brown color and cut. It was exactly what I needed for a holiday refresh. Don’t hesitate to schedule at this location and ask for Lori! I booked an appointment online with Lori to fix a hair disaster. The process was easy and they have so many service options.Due to the state of my hair, I thought I would be stuck with either a color I didn't like or I'd have to lose a lot of length. She worked nothing short of a miracle and was so kind and gracious during the process.This salon is a hidden gem. Their products are wonderful (they use Chi) and Lori is so knowledgeable and personable. There is no question that she loves what she does and her talent speaks for itself.
