Dr. Kozinski is competent, caring, and qualified. He is knowledgeable in every eye condition that has been involved in my eye care. The staff is friendly and helpful. He was also helpful in my daughter's eye condition. The woman who fitted my eyeglasses did a superb job. I am recommending Dr. Kozinski for my wife's eyesore as well.
