Joanna the office manager, called me after hours and resolved my issue. I do understand now that the Nurse doing prior authorizations , wears many hats at that office and it does take some time. Which is perfectly fine it was the other office worker at that location speaking rudely on her behalf. Instead of de-escalating the situation she was making it worse with her, smart remarks (the office worker that name starts with T I think). Thank you Joanna, for making this experience better and explaining to us more about how prior authorizations work. Dr Helton needs to keep you around.

Dr. Helton has been my primary care physician for over 20 years. He has always been very caring, gentle, knowledgeable and gracious. His co-workers are all hard working & efficient. Also very caring and cordial. Always feel very comfortable & know they all offer a loving helpful environment to help with medical concerns.
