We had to make the unfortunate decision to put our 13 year old shepherd down last week. The entire staff was so helpful in making sure we were prepared before our appointment so we had nothing to worry about the day of. We were greeted with a chocolate for our baby as we entered so she could taste it once in her life. The doctor made sure we had as much time as we needed and was all about what was best for US. Our baby was so well cared for in those final moments and they showed so much respect for her.
I honestly don't have enough words to show my appreciation for the job they do and the care they give our puppies. Pricing is better than most veterinarians that we have used in the past. But most importantly, the veterinarian staff gives us very detailed instructions and information about what's going on with the health of our dogs. Excellent one-on-one communication.
We recently moved to Murfreesboro and had to find a new vet for our beloved pets. We're so pleased with the exceptional service we received from this vet clinic. The facility is spotless, and the staff is so attentive and caring. The vet is incredibly thorough and takes great care of our furbabies!
