There are painters and then there is Chris Luckett and their team of professionals. We have lived in at least 21 different homes in our adult life all over the country. We’ve needed various painting projects done in each of them. We’ve dealt with some good painters, some not so good painters, and also some that shouldn’t even try to call themselves painters. Then we ran across Chris Luckett. At the time I was on the Board of an HOA and we were in desperate need of getting a significant amount of repairs and painting done to the townhomes. We had a fixed budget and we couldn’t afford to pick the wrong team. We needed to get the project done right. Chris had just completed a project for one of the townhome owners who made them aware of our need. They bid on the project and won our business. While they weren’t the lowest bidder, they were the best at articulating the maintenance repairs that were needed, the approach they would use to deal with the different types of exteriors (painted brick, stucco and hardy plank), and what we could expect in a final product. They conducted themselves very professionally through the entire bid/selection process but more importantly they delivered on their commitment. The Board couldn’t have been more pleased not to mention the high satisfaction of the townhome owners. Based on that positive experience my wife and I decided to utilize Chris to paint the entire inside/outside of our home. We didn’t bother with getting multiple bids because we knew we couldn’t go wrong with Chris. We also had crown molding put in all the living areas that didn’t already have it. The results were amazing……high quality, attention to detail, and they met their commitment both in timeframe and budget. We couldn’t have been happier. So happy that when we moved to our current home we again engaged Chris to do some repairs/painting/crown molding. Everything was completed as you come to expect with this team…high quality. Whether you have a project that is big or small, simple or complex, we highly recommend you contract with Chris.
