These guys are amazing. We had some extreme damage from puppy stains. They made my carpets look brand new. Smell is gone! I’m so impressed with both the work they did and the price. More than reasonable for the outcome! They are also super conscientious and put guards over my wall corners to keep from doing any damage, and left me with shoe covers to use until the floors are dry! Every detail covered.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mike today! He is one of the nicest people I have met in a long time. Mike was able to fit me in his very busy schedule on a very short notice. His professionalism exceeded my expectations. Above all, doing business with Mike felt like I was dealing with a member of my own family! From now on, Mike is my carpet guy at home and at my business! Thank you Mike!

Mike and John did a great job cleaning our carpeting in 3 bedrooms. They explained the process, inspected for stains and promptly got to work. They used bumpers to prevent any damage to floors, walls, or trim by hoses. When finished, they put nightstands on styrofoam risers to allow carpet to dry. Attention to detail was very much appreciated. Carpeting is good as new. They are professional, and did not try to upcharge for additional services. This was our first experience with Carpetmaster and we are very pleased. We will use them again when ready to clean upstairs rooms. Highly recommend.
