This is best Cadillac dealership in Middle Tennessee. Excellent service, very well staff and a very nice customer service area. I called on Tuesday with a small issue they had me in the next morning. I opted to utilize a GM dealer coupon for a routine oil change; the service included a tire rotation. Unfortunately when i was checking out, the advisor said the lug nuts could not be taken off due to an expansion issue; he informed me I would need new lug nuts to the tune of about $150. Not trusting that sketchy advice, the next day, I went to my tire supplier who rotated my tires, repaired one that was leaking air and I'm safely back in business. Buyer beware if you patronize this dealership! I'm doubly troubled since I'm a retired GM leader and expect honesty and integrity in our dealerships. We must do better by our customers!!

The service I got this weekend at Cadillac of Murfreesboro was great! They take the time to understand what work u need done and then go the extra mile to make sure the car is right. One of my side markers on the car had condensation in it and they are working to replace it and I didn’t even ask them to! Thanks Paul (service advisor) for going the extra mile!
