I received assistance from the one and only Micheal Clark great guy, he has awesome customer service, amazing professionalism, he also explained a little about how to prevent this situation from arising again and left a cool little card as well! most definitely a great help! I appreciate you guys for offering cool lads like him and helping me as well as others in the tn area with those pesky pest problems we all have the trouble of occasionally going through!

Our tech Ryan is always reliable & does a great job overall. The best part though is when we had multiple residents with concerns about spiders. He educated them on which ones are harmful & which ones are actually helpful. We live in a new construction naturey area so there are almost always going to be spiders. It really helps me out for the residents to be at ease over something that they may often encounter but yet shouldn’t be afraid of.
Absolutely hands down the best customer service from Blake with the wildlife team! He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He genuinely cares and takes his time to ensure his work is completed to the upmost standard. Highly recommend Bug Solutions for your pest control needs!
