Our tech Ryan is always reliable & does a great job overall. The best part though is when we had multiple residents with concerns about spiders. He educated them on which ones are harmful & which ones are actually helpful. We live in a new construction naturey area so there are almost always going to be spiders. It really helps me out for the residents to be at ease over something that they may often encounter but yet shouldn’t be afraid of.
