This was my first time visiting Brow Art. I googled them online and needed someone open on a Sunday. I met Angel who was very pleasant and informative. She answered all of my questions and concerns regarding full face threading. After speaking with Angel I decided to try full face waxing for the first time. I've always had threading and never waxed any area of my body. Angel was gentle and took her time. She was pleasant with each client that entered being professional and quick! So disappointed went in there for an eyebrow cleaning every specifically told the lady I just wanted them cleaned and did not want them any thiner came out with my eyebrows thin!!!!Service: Eyebrow threading

I've been going here for awhile now. I waited over an hour for them to open. The website says they open at 10, and the door says 11. I called the number numerous of times, and once she answered she hung up in my face. Customer service was terrible. I let my eyebrows grow out after getting them thinned out here. I always say I only want them cleaned up, because I have a natural arch. While explaining what I wanted she said ok before even letting me finish. I was not happy with them, so I expressed that to her, but even after her trying to fix them I'm still not happy. The lady I usually go to has not been there lately.
