I had a great experience with my first load of dry cleaning here. Customer service was great and total came out to $42 for three shirts (no starch), three pants, and a dress coat. I had yet to dry clean any of these in the past few years so it was good with me. They sewed a button on my dress coat, which I didn't ask for, so thank you for taking care of me. My clothes came out great and I will be returning when needed. Thank you
Broke my jack buttons (brand new, never worn, custom tailored jacket) then replaced all the buttons. Including non broken with a completely different color and style of button. They are nice and generally quick in cleaning. Was just taken back by the issue and how it was handled.
