A/C Plus is outstanding. Yesterday Brian and Christian (with the help of Alethia in the office) came out quickly yesterday and had our AC issue resolved very quickly. The guys were top notch and very competent. Two thumbs up for this excellent team and these 2 dedicated servicemen!
Let me start by saying if you aren’t signed up for the routine maintenance program with A/C Plus then you are DEFINITELY playing. I called them at 3:46pm Mike Arrived at my home at exactly 4:54pm. I’ve NEVER had someone arrive so quickly. Not only was he professional and beyond informative but he diagnosed my issue and fixed it with a smile. Upon his arrival I asked him to wear shoe covers due to having a little one in the home and he obliged without hesitation. Some people would have a problem but not Mike. Great job A/C plus for hiring him. He is an excellent guy! 10 Stars ⭐️
I had called a different company on Saturday to make an appointment. I made one for Monday, they texted Monday said they could not come out until Tuesday morning. I got another text Tuesday morning that said they would not be out until Tuesday Afternoon. I cancelled that appointment and called A/C Plus. They had Michael on the way within an hour. He was super fast, friendly and quickly identified the issue! If you’re looking for a company to get you serviced quickly this is it!
