Overall, the practice strives to provide quality medical care to its patients.
Dr May and his staff are great...attentive to my issues and responsive to my question. Not real happy with the NP I saw. Gave me referral for test, said they call do US as walk-in. erroneous info!!! You need appt. And then NEVER called back with results, no f/u plans, no explanations as to what's next. I guess she doesn't want to fiddle with me. Feelings mutal.
Doctors and nurses are friendly, and nice. One of the ladies at the front desk named “Shanna” answers the phone and talks to patients like her life problems are some how everyone’s issue and takes her miserable days out on other people by giving attitude Lmao but other than that overall good doctors.
Very friendly staff and doctors. They worked hard to get my mom in for an appointment quickly when she wasn’t feeling well. The staff and doctor were professional and friendly. It’s a small office in a little town but we really had a great experience and plan to make them her primary care doctor.
