Come on management step up and clean up around there if renters are a problem get them out I have seen the same ones fighting over and over ... there are kids in there and don't need to hear nor see that also get up the old box springs and chairs and broken furniture laying around ...
Welcome to HUD Section 8 Housing Authority! This place is conveniently located near grocery stores and a hospital. You can walk to and from work, from this location, without a vehicle. They charge just 30% of your income per month as you live there. They perform monthly inspections and you must have the ability to pass the inspections in order to continue to stay. You do the job of reporting any infestations of the apartment complex and HUD Section 8 Housing will come in, in addition to the regular inspections to assist pest removal for free at no cost to persons living there. They do have only one person on Apartment Maintenance, and need additional hires for Maintenance of the complex. Phyllis will be deeply missed by myself and my family as she had passed on. Sending these folks at HUD Section 8 Housing lots of love, for assisting us during a difficult and trying time.
I grew up here as a child myself and the other kids were always playing. It can be a little trashy at times but if you keep to yourself like my mom did then it's all good. The actual apartment it's self is nice considering it's section 8.
