If you came here in the past, consider returning as the new management had really turned some things around. The wash does not always get 100% of the car clean some of the corners depending up on the vehicle, but they will gladly let you run through again and touch up with their brush before going through again. Plus, they have plenty of cleaning supplies to touch up any minor areas or finer detailing.
They were awesome! I had window paint markers on my car windows for graduation and they helped scrub it off and made sure it came off!! The super sweet girl at the beginning of the wash helped us get it off
New management took over about two months ago and this place got better quickly. Not that it was “bad” before but it’s gotten better.
Very attentive to the line if it backs up, always clean towels and vacuums that really SUCK (in a good way), spray bottles always available.
