Staff is amazing and Tanja provides a safe space to be a novice and learn as you go, at your pace, and as you feel comfortable. You can’t go wrong no matter which class you take!

I enjoyed the heated flow yoga class I took yesterday. I like the look and feel of the space (Including the natural light coming in too). The instruction was good and encouraging. And I felt positive vibes :)
