They quoted me over $1200 and had me call my insurance company telling me I probably needed a whole new roof - they also told me they would be there when the insurance company came to inspect - well the insurance company came out and these guys were nowhere to be found. The insurance company said it wasnt even enough damage to reach my deductible. Called these guys to come fix it anyway and they straight up never called back. Another roofer came out a few days later and fixed my roof for a few hundred bucks.Service: Roof inspection

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!I hired them for a roof repair and now I have a leak in my ceiling where they “repaired” it.. I’ve called, left several messages, emails, texts, and even went to their business and know one was there.. they are obviously not wanting to take responsibility and don’t want to repair the damage they created. DO NOT use this company. The owner Mr. McAllister, was MIA the entire process...would not return phone calls or emails even though he was the main contact for us. Our roof color was not what they showed us, and when I communicated to him the color was wrong he laughed at me - said "there is no way we are replacing the roof." Told me it was my fault I chose the wrong color.He delayed my gutter install for 3 weeks until he got his 2nd check...then THREE DAYS after he received the check - he filed for bankruptcy. He still owes us over $3000 of work for the leak that was inside our house...the dry wall and paint are unfinished, meanwhile the roofers and gutter people ruined our brand new back patio with ladders and shingles being thrown all over.He also never paid the gutter installers. Ghosted them too.If you have a roof with them - your warranty on the work is GONE. They will not return phone calls or emails because he now has an attorney - who is also a complete jerk. Beware - all you have paid for is gone. His attorney is Steve Lefkowitz in Nashville in case you need to file a suit.
