Met Andrew as a friend in the gym and he ended up consulting me about some pain that I’ve been having in the gym. Very detailed and intentional and was able to help me out big time. I highly recommend as a coach or consult, he’s the man!

Best weight coach in the game! I started working with Andrew remotely when I had a broken foot (jones fracture). He helped me train around the injury to get back to performance and two years later we are still going strong.Mind body and soul, I really like how Andrew cares about you as a person and not just the numbers on the board. Definitely recommend Stegelmann Performance!
